07/13/2021 Plant is still shut down with no intention to start back up per Dwight Moore email status update. DMS
12/24/2020 update: Dwight Moore email says they do not intend to start plant back up, therefore wells are OOS indefinitely. DMS
OOS Nov - Dec 2020 per call with Dwight Moore. Will update when decision is made to repair. DMS
OOS May2019 through July 2020 - can't get to well due to flooding then will get cleaning company in to clean the well.
